Get an up-close look at Czech research.

The International Clinical Research Center (ICRC) at St. Anne’s University Hospital (FNUSA) is a scientific research institution. We focus on preclinical and clinical research, particularly in the areas of cardiology, neurology and oncology, with the aim of improving patient care. In July 2022, we became a joint workplace of FNUSA and the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University (LFMU) in Brno. We also have joint research teams with the Faculty of Science of MU and the Institute of Biophysics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, and close cooperation with the Veterinary Research Institute (VÚVEL) and the Faculty of Pharmacy of MU.

The ICRC Academy offers additional opportunities to get involved with the FNUSA-ICRC. Our lectures, field trips, seminars and internships provide you with a unique opportunity to gain insight into the world of clinical research. You will meet interesting people from the world of science and research, establish contacts, deepen your knowledge, improve your awareness of your future career possibilities and further studies, and meet like-minded and eager students and lecturers.

Take a look with us behind the curtain of clinical research!

We love sharing what we do – and we’re always happy to welcome curious minds. While our public events (like science talks, lab tours or workshops) are currently held only in Czech, we still want to give international students a chance to experience FNUSA-ICRC from the inside. For more information about our activities are HERE.
