To make the process as smooth and effective as possible for both sides, we\u2019ve prepared a few tips to help you get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>1. Choose the team you&#8217;d like to join<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Before reaching out to us, take some time to consider <strong>which team you\u2019d like to work with<\/strong>. You can choose from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Departments at FNUSA<\/strong> \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnusa.cz\/en\/for-patients-and-visits\/hospital-workplaces\/\">Hospital Workplaces \u2013 FNUSA<\/a><\/li><li><strong>Research teams within ICRC<\/strong> \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnusa-icrc.org\/en\/research\/\">Research &#8211; ICRC &#8211; International Clinical Research Center<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each team profile includes their focus area, publications, and team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>2. Prepare your CV and cover letter<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Tailor your <strong>CV and cover letter<\/strong> to the specific team.<\/li><li>Address your <strong>cover letter directly to the team leader<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Interested in multiple teams? No problem \u2013 feel free to send a separate cover letter for each.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4>3. Name your documents clearly<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To help us stay organized, please name your files like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Lastname_Firstname_CV_TeamName.pdf<\/li><li>Lastname_Firstname_CoverLetter_TeamName.pdf<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>4. <\/strong>Don\u2019t speak Czech? No worries \u2013 we\u2019ll do our best to match you<strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If <strong>you don\u2019t speak Czech<\/strong>, it\u2019s still possible for us to find you a suitable internship \u2013 but please note that it may take a bit longer. Here\u2019s why:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>In <strong>clinical settings<\/strong> (especially in the hospital), Czech is often essential due to direct communication with patients.<\/li><li>In <strong>research teams<\/strong> and <strong>laboratories<\/strong>, the situation is usually more flexible and English may be sufficient.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We appreciate your patience and understanding \u2013 we&#8217;ll do our best to find the right placement for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>5.
