Do ICRC jsem nastoupila v září 2018 na pozici research assistant v týmu Intervenční srdeční elektrofyziologie, kde jsem se účastnila ex vivo a in vivo experimentů. Koncem roku 2019 jsem dostala menší úvazek v Animálním centru, kde jsem měla na starosti přípravy projektů pokusů i vlastních experimentů. Od srpna 2021 jsem se stala vedoucí Animálního centra, kde působím doposud. Mojí náplní práce je pomáhat ostatním vědeckým týmům ICRC a FNUSA s přípravou animálních experimentů. Připravuji pro ně projekty pokusů, komunikuji s Odbornou komisí a Ministerstvem zemědělství. Dále spolupracuji se zahraničními firmami, které vyvíjí nové lékařské přístroje a postupy, a potřebují své produkty otestovat na zvířatech. V průběhu experimentů mám na starosti anestezii zvířat, aplikaci léků a pooperační péči. Příležitostně přednáším výsledky našich experimentů na kongresech (převážně kardiologických). Jsem členkou Komory veterinárních lékařů a Společnosti pro vědu o laboratorních zvířatech. Pokud mi zbyde chvilka volného času, ráda se projdu přírodou.

She also to work with iPSC hESCs which are seen as the most promising source of cells for tissue engineering. Gene stability and integrity of iPSC is still an open problem. Based on the build on top of knowledge gathered during her previous research gives a completely different perspective and overview of the iPSC gene stability and integrity problem. As most of the research goals were not achievable using standard/existing methods and technologies, she had to create new protocols, algorithms, statistical methods and software. The challenge was to handle the communication right so that people from different fields were able to professionally understand each other and cooperated efficiently. During whole research career she have funded her research by grants. In total she has obtained 16 grants where she was either the principal investigator or a co- investigator. This made her responsible for the project management, reporting, quality assurance and implementation of new technologies and approaches to an existing environment. This included a setup of GMO and GMP laboratory within the FNUSA (which she has built as well). She has studied all the needed regulations & guidelines and communicated with Ministry and SÚKL (Czech part of EMA) to get all permissions. She was the organizer of two international workshops with over 100 participants. She is constantly involved in the management of diploma and Ph.D. thesis and active teacher of histology and biochemistry She is a member of crucial stem cell and cell therapies organization (ISSCR, ISCF, IABS, etc.).
